Description

JAG programs are most powerful when they function as cultures—not just classes. This interactive workshop equips JAG Specialists with practical strategies to shift from compliance-driven implementation to a culture-centered model that increases student engagement and ownership. Participants will explore a simple four-pillar Culture Framework focused on identity, belonging, leadership, and visibility. Through guided reflection, small-group discussion, and structured planning activities, attendees will assess their current program and identify high-impact adjustments they can implement immediately. The session emphasizes actionable systems such as student-led leadership structures, intentional rituals, and visibility strategies that strengthen workforce readiness and long-term impact. By the end of the workshop, participants will leave with a clear 90-day action blueprint designed to build a program students proudly represent and actively lead.
