Participants will engage in experiences like the $1 Employee Challenge, where they build and pitch their value, and the Broken Workplace Build, where they transform chaos into order—mirroring real job expectations. Through these activities, they will discover what employers actually look for beyond skills: how you show up, how you respond, and how you contribute.
