New and early-career JAG Specialists often enter the role with passion—but without a proven system for building a high-impact program. Too often, they are left to “figure it out,” resulting in inconsistent outcomes and missed opportunities for student growth.

This high-energy, interactive workshop introduces a championship-level coaching framework that transforms how JAG programs are designed and led. Drawing on their experience as both JAG Specialists and high school coaches, the presenters translate elite coaching principles into practical, repeatable strategies that participants can immediately apply.

Participants will learn how to establish performance standards, design project-based learning as intentional “practice,” and coach students to perform in high-stakes moments such as interviews, presentations, and competitions.

Attendees will leave with a ready-to-use coaching framework, a student performance model, and practical tools to build a sustainable, results-driven JAG program.
