In this interactive Sandbox, Kuder, Inc. demonstrates practical tools that enable JAG affiliate programs to coordinate employer partnerships, track placements, document competencies, and align every experience to accessible Individual Development Plan (IDP) goals.

Participants will explore digital workflows that connect career exploration to structured goal-setting, WBL placements, competency verification, and outcome reporting. Demonstrations will highlight how accessible IDP goal frameworks, designed for diverse learners, translate student aspirations into measurable milestones tied to employer expectations and JAG performance metrics.

Attendees can test real-world scenarios, examine reporting and workflow management dashboards, and review scalable implementation models currently supporting statewide expansion efforts, including work alongside iJAG.
