This workshop provides a comprehensive look at the Boss Up Teen Entrepreneurship Program, an established youth entrepreneurship initiative that equips students with financial literacy, leadership development, branding, mentorship, and hands-on business creation experiences.
Participants will learn how the program successfully engages diverse groups of students while producing especially strong outcomes among students who are often underserved, disengaged, or considered at-risk. The session will highlight the program’s implementation strategies, measurable impact, and student success stories, including young people who have launched businesses, published books, developed brands, strengthened leadership skills, and discovered new pathways toward personal and professional success.
Attendees will also receive a practical roadmap for implementing and scaling the Boss Up Teen Entrepreneurship Program within schools, nonprofits, workforce programs, and youth-serving organizations across the country.
