Communities across the country are launching youth apprenticeship programs, yet many struggle to move beyond small pilots to lasting scale. This interactive workshop explores how CareerWise and organizations like LAUNCH Apprenticeship Network are helping build a coordinated youth apprenticeship movement across California.

Attendees will engage with real-world examples showing how regional infrastructure, employer engagement, policy alignment, and student-centered design work together to create sustainable pathways where young people earn credentials, get paid while learning, and access high-quality postsecondary and career opportunities. Through guided discussion and hands-on activities, participants will examine what it takes to shift from program implementation to ecosystem-building.

Participants will leave with a practical framework and tools they can adapt to strengthen or scale youth apprenticeship efforts in their own communities.
