This workshop will expose attendees to the systems needed to improve housing stability for youth and young adults, through a comprehensive housing and homeless service model. Through collaborative efforts between Housing Providers, Mental Health Providers, Educational Liaisons, Workforce Development, and Case Management support we can bridge gaps needed for housing sustainability. This workshop will demonstrate a different approach to achieve housing stability, while connecting youth to employment with sustainable wages and community integration.
