Jammie N. Phillips is an educator, musician, and career readiness specialist whose work lives at the intersection of fine arts and workforce development. She currently serves as a JAG Career Specialist with Montgomery Public Schools at the Montgomery Preparatory Academy for Career Technologies (MPACT), where she leads innovative programming designed to prepare students for postsecondary success through leadership development, career exploration, and real-world application.
A trained flutist and performing artist, Phillips serves as piccoloist with the Montgomery Symphony Orchestra and maintains an active presence as a freelance musician and private instructor. Her performance experience directly informs her teaching practice, allowing her to translate the discipline, collaboration, and artistry of the fine arts into transferable career-ready skills for her students.
