What is the registration deadline

The registration deadline is June 15, 2026. 

Will I receive a refund if I cancel?
 

If you cancel prior to the June 15 deadline, you will receive a refund minus a $25 administrative fee. No refunds are available after June 15, 2026. 

What if we need to add, remove, or replace a team member? 

If a team member needs to be added, removed, or replaced, send the request to events@jag.org by June 15. Changes made after June 15 cannot be guaranteed. 
 

Am I able to pay for registration fees via credit card?

Registration can be paid with a credit card via Stripe. You will be prompted to enter your payment information when completing the registration process.

What is EDGE?

EDGE is the bold evolution of JAG’s National Training Seminar. It’s where educators, youth leaders, employers, and community changemakers converge to co-create the future of education and workforce development. Expect scenario-based learning, immersive labs, cutting-edge content, and high-impact networking.

What is the dress code?

Business casual. Award Reception attendees are encouraged to dress in cocktail attire or business formal attire.

What is the weather like in Long Beach during the meeting dates?

July weather in Long Beach is typically mild and coastal, with daytime highs in the mid-70s to low 80s (°F) and evening lows in the 60s. While it’s milder than in inland cities like Las Vegas, we still advise you to stay hydrated and bring layers for indoor air conditioning or cooler evenings near the water.  

Is the event accessible for persons with disabilities?

Yes. All venues comply with ADA regulations. Please share your accessibility needs on your registration form. For specific needs, contact us at events@jag.org in advance.
